For the second time, lemlem, an Africa-based ethical and sustainable clothing brand, is teaming up with PUMA to create a capsule collection. Crafted to evoke a sense of wanderlust, the campaign is captured against a backdrop of a rocky cliff overlooking a charming city.
Differing from the initial capsule, this lineup introduces 14 distinctive pieces featuring more feminine and subdued prints and colors. Highlights from the collection include the “PRW NITRO™ SQD LEMLEM” shoe, a low-impact bra, leotard, and crop tank. Each piece within the collection incorporates PUMA’s innovative high-performance fabrics, showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics through hand-drawn prints and dynamic stripes.
Supermodel and lemlem’s founder, Liya Kebede, expressed in a press statement, “I think this collaboration is for the woman who seeks something different. For the woman willing to try something new, step out of her comfort zone, and explore colors and shapes. It is for the woman embracing her femininity. Who says workout clothes have to be boring…”
The PUMA x lemlem 2024 capsule will be available for purchase from February 1 on the brand’s website.
