In addition to model, chef, and musician Gabbriette and Real Madrid professional footballer Eduardo Camavinga, Zalando’s latest Spring/Summer campaign also features multi-instrumentalist and producer CKTRL, TikTok sensation and model Alex Consani, and crochet creator and producer Henri Purnell.

The “Your Way” campaign, offering a glimpse into the quirks and passions of these five creatives, celebrates the unique characteristics that define each individual and explores how our personal stories can shape not only our style but also our identities.

Here are the main SS24 fashion trends and the personalities who have starred in the campaign:

Inspired by the gothic trend that has dominated the runways for the past two seasons, Gabbriette channels “dark romanticism.” The aesthetic is tough yet with a hyper-feminine and romantic touch. As shown in the campaign, the look can be embraced with a lace halter-neck top and a latex miniskirt paired with platform boots. As for accessories, a stack of silver rings and a pair of XL silver hoops are the icing on the cake of a dark romance.

Bringing sportswear to street style, Eduardo Camavinga’s look is inspired by the “bloke core” trend. As Eduardo wears it, bloke core can be achieved with a Nike t-shirt tucked into oversized jeans and a pair of sneakers. Paradis is one of the many designers who have showcased this trend in their SS24 collections, and the Euro 2024 will resume in June, so this relaxed look is destined to win over many more football fans and fashion lovers.

Combining lightweight materials, soft pastel tones, and vibrant color contrasts bring about “modern romanticism,” a trend exhibited by designers like Aknavas and Givenchy in their SS24 collections. As worn by Henri, this look can be paired with a crochet sweater, light cream jeans, and colorful sneakers to add an unexpected touch. Genderless garments, crochet, and transparency are at the forefront of SS24 men’s fashion.

No overloaded designs, tight-fitting garments, or more than two colors: Cktrl’s look in the campaign is influenced by his monochromatic style and the quiet luxury trend that dominated the SS24 runways, with designers like Ludovic de Saint Sernin incorporating this trend into their collections. Those who identify with the “new minimalism” can master this aesthetic with timeless classics and basic everyday items, creating discreet yet high-end silhouettes.
